Flow Rate 1.2 m³/min Energy Saving Refrigerated Air Dryer G3/4" WL010

WL Series Integrated Refrigerated Air Dryer
WL series compressed air refrigerated dryer armored design, simple and stylish appearance, combined with pipeline air filter, all filters are aluminum alloy
die-casting, imported filter element material, EU authority testing, ensuring high efficient filtering. Only need to be connected to the air compressor to use,
no need for cumbersome piping and save labor costs.

The refrigerated air dryer adopts aluminum alloy plate heat exchanger, environmentally friendly refrigerant and microcomputer automatic control, which can
visually display the dew point temperature of the dryer; it has multiple protections of temperature and pressure.




Feature & Benefit
1. The design of stainless steel three-in-one heat exchanger minimizes the process loss of cooling capacity and improves the recycling of cooling. And
under the same process capacity, the total input power will be reduced by 15-30%.


2. The integrated heat exchanger incorporates a flow-gguiding fin, which uniform heat exchange of compressed air inside; furthermore, built-in gas-water
separator will improves separation rate to protect air dryer with longer life time.


3. Multi-channel temperature and pressure control, real-time display of dew point temperature, automatic recording of accumulated running time,

self-diagnosis function, display corresponding alarm code, and automatic protection of equipment.

4. In response to the National Montreal Protocol, the series adopts R134a environmentally friendly refrigerants, which have zero
damage to the atmosphere.


5. Standard constant pressure expansion valve and intelligent temperature control, we are doing laboratory test under the intake air temperature
reaches 65ºC, the ambient temperature reaches 45ºC, the whole air dryer is still stable operation.
