YD-B 620 high efficiency air filter made of advanced aluminum alloy and fiber glass, 3 inch pipeline size, air flow rate 37 m3/min, designed to remove oil mist and odor in compressed air system.
Compressed air pre filter usually installed in the front or back of freezing air dryer, element filtration grade below 5 micron, service life time 6000 hours.
It is ideal solution for removing pollutants in compressed air systems and saving energy. Use imported quality filter materials and design technology to ensure high-quality compressed air quality and lower operating costs.
We have a full set of testing equipment imported from Germany, high efficiency air line filter and gas-water separators are tested according to ISO 8573.1: 2009 air quality standards, and provide performance test reports.

b. All housings are cleaned, degreased and specially anti-corrosion treated before spraying to improve durability and can be applied to offshore platform operations.

d. All housings are tested under working pressure 32 bar for 96 hours, and the maximum burst pressure is 105bar.
